Children need diversions that allow them to focus their energy in constructive ways, and the kids activities at our Sydney dojo do just that. While they are in our classes, your child will meet new kids their age, make new friends, and learn the discipline required to succeed in martial arts. This ability to self-reflect and practice self-control can help your child as they grow up and live their lives. We have courses for children as young as age two.
When we teach martial arts to your children, you can rest assured that we are not just teaching them to hit things. Our courses focus on:

- Managing emotions such as anger and restlessness

Our instructors are highly qualified and have years of experience teaching children. We never spend too much time on any one activity, though we may do the same exercise two or three times during a class meeting. Repetition leads to competency, but we know that kids need a variety of material to engage them and keep them interested.
